Ebought Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ebought, we specialize in creating custom-embroidered apparel. Since every item is personalized, our fulfillment process is broken into three transparent phases: Design Proofing, Production (Handling), and Shipping (Transit).

We currently ship within the United States only.

1. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total estimated delivery time is the sum of all three phases, estimated to be 4–8 Business Days from the date your order is placed.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Changes to Order: Changes to the shipping address or product details after the order is placed may extend the processing time by an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Fees and Options

Our shipping costs are based on the total value of your order, ensuring transparency at checkout:

3. Order Tracking and Carrier Information

  • Tracking Number: Once your order moves into the Shipping (Transit) phase, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping carrier within 2–3 business days.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 1–2 days for the tracking information to update and become active in the carrier’s system.

  • Non-Working Tracking: If the tracking number does not work after 3 business days, please contact our customer support immediately.

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking indicates delivery but you believe the package is missing, please notify our customer service within 48 hours of the stated delivery time. We will initiate a claim with the carrier for resolution.

4. Delivery Delays and Restrictions

  • Late Deliveries: While rare, late deliveries may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as inaccurate address information, severe weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. If your delivery is significantly late, please contact us within 2 business days for assistance.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We cannot process international orders at this time.
