Our Commitment to You

At Ebought, we specialize in high-quality, personalized custom-embroidered apparel. Your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the unique, customized nature of our products, our return policy is designed to address issues specific to manufacturing, defects, or errors in customization.

Returns for Custom Products

We only accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the confirmed design proof.

  • Customization Errors: If the final product design, embroidery placement, or text differs from the final proof you approved.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the item arrives physically damaged or the embroidery is flawed.

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind.

  • Incorrect Size Ordered: We provide a comprehensive size chart (linked here) and encourage you to review it carefully before purchase.

  • Minor Color Variations: Due to monitor settings and thread availability, minor differences in color between the on-screen proof and the final product are not considered defects.

Return Conditions and Process

  • Timeframe: The return request must be submitted within 60 days from the date of receipt.

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Process:

    1. Submit Request: Send an email with the subject line “Return/Refund Request” to support@ebought.com.

    2. Required Information: Include your order number and attach clear photos of the defect or damage.

    3. Review and Label: Our team will review the request. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.

    4. Ship Back: Pack the product securely and return it to us. Customers do not need to pay for return shipping for approved defective returns.

Refund Processing

  • Timeframe: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we require 2 business days to process your refund.

  • Refund Method: If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 1–3 business days thereafter.

  • Exchanges: A replacement product will be shipped as soon as we confirm receipt of the defective item.
